I’ve been coming here since December, and I’m addicted! I thought I’d feel intimidated at first, but the staff and instructors are incredibly welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. The workouts are amazing, and each instructor brings their own positive vibe and energy, which keeps classes from ever feeling boring. Katie, and the whole team is wonderful!!! We loved it! We live in Dallas and tried this facility as a workout while on a trip. The gym and whole staff was amazing!!! If we lived closer we would be back.
I absolutely love Rush cycle! My first class was 2/28/2025 and I’ve been spinning ever since! There is a variety of instructors with years of experience. Each instructor creates an amazing atmosphere, killer choreography and mixes of music that keeps you pumped the entire ride. 10/10! I highly recommend!
Literally the ONLY place that I have ever felt comfortable & happy working out at. I look forward to classes and feel extremely great after they’re over. Incredible instructors and classes! Definitely on the more expensive side, but worth it for sure.
