Great high energy class. Super friendly staff and got a killer workout
I’m a huge Rush Cycle fan! The classes are so fun, the owner Lindsey and all of the instructors are always welcoming and cool, and it’s a great workout. Highly recommend.

I went to my first class today since Poway closed and I felt like I was home. Daniela welcomed me and I was so happy to see other familiar faces — both instructors and students! I’ve tried some other (non-Rush) classes closer to me and there was no comparison. Rush is fun and a wonderful workout. Thank you Encinitas 💗💗
