They are open 1 day a week and will not answer the one day they are open. These are HUD apartments, federal. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get through to someone to try to get an apartment!! Are they hiring do they need a manager???
Don't live here if you don't have to. It's poorly managed and not well maintained.
I was told that I would have an apartment at the end of January/beginning of February. It is now the end of May and I FINALLY got a call back saying that an apartment was ready. Really? Yes, I did call multiple times in the beginning but was either met with a voicemail or a "We're still looking into it." On top of that, I never received the forms that I was told were going to be mailed to my previous address. If you need a new place fast, don't look here. I shudder to think how tenants and maintenance problems are treated.
I have a wonderful apartment here in Rush Creek Village Apartments. Love it here a beautiful place to call home. :)
