You can never get a hold of anyone when you call the doctor's office. You always get the “office is closed” message, even during the middle of office hours. Not an isolated incident it's every time you call.
Disappointed at the transparency with which our doctor has around what is billed and what is not -- for example, when taking one minute at the end of a well child visit/annual physical to share that I am making an appointment for my son to see an ENT, it would have been nice to have been informed that because that little bit of information had to be documented and was outside the parameters of a "well child visit" that it was going to cost me $100! The nurse Melissa should not be working with children she’s extremely rude. I was speaking to her and she literally rolled her eyes at me. I’m sure they hit the back of her head. I didn’t say anything figured she was having a bad day. Then she gave vaccines to my son and she jab the heck out of him like she hated her job and was extremely rude to him. She has no compassion for children. Rush in Aurora has way better nurses. Too bad they only give vaccines at this location.
This place is the worst customer service. This is the second time it happen to me that I call trying to make an appointment and they screw me. They telling me that I am Not their patience and they can give it to me an appointment. I have to register first then get a primary doctor. I will never suggest to anyone going this place.
