My experience at this office had always been pleasant. Both of my sons see Dr. Keller and Dr. Zarzuela. They are always engaged, explain everything, and truly go above and beyond. I have always been able to get same day sick appointments, I just usually have to wait a little bit for a triage nurse to call me back. As a healthcare worker myself, my expectations are very high. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call the doctor's office. You always get the “office is closed” message, even during the middle of office hours. Not an isolated incident it's every time you call.
Disappointed at the transparency with which our doctor has around what is billed and what is not -- for example, when taking one minute at the end of a well child visit/annual physical to share that I am making an appointment for my son to see an ENT, it would have been nice to have been informed that because that little bit of information had to be documented and was outside the parameters of a "well child visit" that it was going to cost me $100!
