I have been trying to call to make an appointment for months. Every time I call, no matter what time, they do not pick up the phone. I cannot schedule online because of the matters of my appointment, so now i can't schedule at all. This place is severely lacking in good front office staff educate. As a front office worker myself, I find this highly unprofessional and lazy. You can't even leave a voice mail so how are you supposed to get an appiontment?
I had an appointment on October 3rd, for a high risk pregnancy. I saw Dr. King. In the first five minutes of meeting her I was asked if this pregnancy was "planned or desired," to which I replied it was not planned. She then asked if I was considering termination, I said we hadn't really thought about it. It was almost as if she had made my mind up for me, because she asked if I even wanted to see the ultrasound and if I wanted pictures.
