Absolutely horrible customer service with the front desk women. I drove an hour to get to my appointment and had a difficult time finding the office. Numerous hospital staff directed me in wrong locations. I ended up being 20 minutes late. I called many times and no one answered. The front staff was extremely rude and said their phones are off and I had to reschedule but couldn’t get in with the doctor for many more months out. The staff and Dr. Embry were very helpful. I didn’t not have an appointment and was a new patient with a very painful situation. I’m so thankful they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment same day. Dr Embry and her staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

All staff is nice, but the call hours are constantly incorrect-- will call to hear "our office is closed". Other obgyn office just transfers you here..

Extremely rude front office staff. They have cancelled multiple appointments and have not provided care to my pregnant wife for 3 months. It is unacceptable
