I’ve been going to this office for my entire life and seeing the same doctor, Dr. Patel for the same time. My last visit was incredibly disappointing and I can’t see myself ever scheduling with him again. Not only was I practically rushed out within a few minutes of seeing him, but my concerns were completely dismissed, and a health episode that was put in my notes was completely ignored and not once discussed. Dr. Patel is the best Doctor! He is incredibly attentive and genuinely listens to your concerns. I slipped and fell earlier this spring, injuring my right wrist. Dr. Patel quickly diagnosed it as a sprain and ensured I received the care I needed. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and compassion throughout my recovery. I highly recommend him he has also helped with my patellofemoral pain and provided exercises that have helped strengthen and relieve pain in my right knee.
Dr. Kapil is a wonderful provider. She is kind, caring, extremely personable, and takes the time to truly hear me out. She is also amazing with my children - they actually love to visit the doctor because she’s fun and welcoming. She is an excellent, trustworthy provider of medical care.
Loved her as a doctor. Actually seems to care. Charged for services not rendered. Refuses to fix the issue. It's now hit my credit report which is going to force me to pay it. Likely going to report to the Illinois medical board over $84. What's also funny is there's been multiple reviews posted and all have been removed....
