I’ve been coming here for years and I feel as if my concerns regarding my health are often dismissed.. I had once went in for a UTI a while back and had a male doctor examine/test, the whole time I am explaining my symptoms and telling him it is an UTI, he’s telling me it’s something else and then brought in another male doctor and at this point they both refused to even just agree with me on WHAT WAS going on with me. The service is fine, but trying to follow up is terrible. The hold times on the phone are ridiculous a practice that never has a line of patients that I observed. I do not understand why they are routinely 15 min+ at all times of the day. On the basis of that alone, I will consider switching. If I ever needed something time-sensitive, this would be very inconvenient.

My wife has been on hold for a half-hour. It is now 2 minutes before they close. Apparently the staff just shirks their duties so that they can go home on time. Screw my sick kid, I guess.
