These people have no compassion what so ever. They just want your ins info no matter the injury. You spend more time in the waiting room or the room they put you in, alone than you do speaking to them. I went in a few months back for severe vertigo, and they left me by myself for 2 hours, not checking on my once. Another time I brought my son, we were the only ones there at 3am. This was one of the worst emergency room experiences I have ever had. We came in with a young child and were forced to wait for 8 hours in a crowded waiting room full of sick adults and children. There was no separation, no concern for infection control, and no effort to prioritize families with small children. Spending that amount of time in such an environment with a child is not just exhausting — it feels unsafe and irresponsible. We have been here because my wife has been throwing up and has severe pain on her side. It took over three hours just to take her vitals. Then back out to the waiting room. We've been here more than five hours and still have not been taken to a room. Staff just joking and laughing with each other while people are in pain and miserable. Worst emergency room anyone could ever go to. Avoid this place!

When the nurse came in to ask about my daughter as soon as I showed her she had a rash she left the door open and went and grabbed another nurse and showed her. No privacy they kept the door open then another nurse came in. Meanwhile my baby's diaper area was exposed. The nurse asked me how did I burn my child and I told her it wasn't a burn it was a rash and it was spreading as we were waiting for them to bring a doctor in. I went to the ER on 12/31/2025 with stomach pains so bad that i couldn't even walk, When i got there doors were locked i had to walk a long distance to find one that was open. Around 7:00pm. I walked to the window and gave my Military id because its also used as my Insurance Tricare west. This guy apparently he didn't know it also works as my insurance. I saw a nurse that was very nice.
