There are no words to describe the lack of care or professionalism here. I won't share the details of our 18 hour, multiple visit journey that ultimately resulted in us needing to go to another ER to receive ANY care. But hopefully that summary is enough of warning to help others not make the mistake we did. If you, like me, thought "oh ALL emergency rooms only have a 1 star rating on Google. Beautiful facility but I understand why it's only 1.5 stars. They are super slow here. In comparison to other hospitals. But very nice and modern

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hospital. I brought my 3-year-old child in with vomiting, diarrhea, and a high fever, and we waited for six hours without being seen. Despite our condition, they kept taking other patients and never called us. It was 5 a.m., and as a single mother with two small children, I felt completely ignored and unsupported. Atrocious. From the disrespectful porter, the unprofessional nursing staff dancing, laughing and talking about their personal lives while dozens of patients sit or stand in the hallway waiting to be seen or even get a room. Almost 24 hours waiting for a room?!

This place is ran like a 3rd world country volunteer medical clinic. The waiting room is always dirty with crumbs, garbage, and general dirt. It takes 3 hours at least to see anyone. They check your vitals and send you back to the waiting area to sit for hours. They all seem like they have zero compassion and in no hurry to help anyone. I can’t count how many people I have seen sit and wait and finally just give up and leave. This department needs a major overhaul. This was my 3rd time coming here and the last.
