Terrible emergency room. This is not a place to receive healthcare. This is a place for them to rack up procedures to bill you and your insurance. We were recommended to take our son here from Rush urgent care in Oswego due to our 20 month old son having a 104 degree fever. We arrived at 7pm and it took 5hrs before we saw the doctor. His fever was gone for 4hrs yet they continue to give him different medications that they couldn't explain why they were giving them to him. Dr McAdoo the best! I had a leg hurting I went over and he went over and above and beyond for me and I had blood clots in my leg. Such a caring doctor even called me back when I was having trouble getting a certain medication filled. I cannot say enough about how the care was so phenomenal and I'm blessed.
I have witnessed on more than one occasion, most of what these reviews are saying about this hospital and the entire hospital was like this if I want to be honest, I felt as if the hospital was prejudice towards myself and my son. Bottom line this hospital does not care about people you feel it the moment you walk in.
Facility, Doctors and Procedures getting worse and worse but oddly more and more expensive!!
