I was in for an x-ray. Was told I'd be called for the results. I missed the call and there is no way to get ahold of the PA that called. I get passed around from call prompt to call prompt to only find out there is no one who can help. Completely useless system.

I am deeply disappointed with how my care was handled during my recent visit to the ER. I came in for a very stressful and emotional situation, and during my transvaginal ultrasound, the nurse asked me to insert the probe myself without offering any proper explanation, support, or reassurance. Went in after work to the urgent care about 630pm for pink eye. They still had an hour till they closed, no one in the waiting room but they were too busy to see me. I said to the front desk nurse “it’s clearly pink eye, this will take 2 seconds to just prescribe drops”. Refused to get me in, told me to come back tomorrow afternoon. How are the people who work all day supposed to get “urgent” care?! Went to the car and called the one in Sugar Grove and Oswego only to be told the same thing. This was the worst ER visit I have encountered. There was no patient-centered care from any of the staff. It might have been a busy day when I went but to waited over 3 hours in the waiting room and then the nurse and doctor didn't even spend more than 20 minutes with me. I came in with a complaint of severe back pain that was never once addressed by the nurse or doctor. I left with an antibiotic that later turned out to be nonresistant to the type of infection I had.
