I am so sick of this hospital we live close so we have been here multiple times and every time it just gets worse their rude and do absolutely nothing for you my husband needed a cast for his broken thumb they actually refused to do it and told him to go to orthopedics were they refused to put one on no x ray no nothing done well his thumb is shattered he needed a cast. Emergency room was very knowledgeable and got to the point quickly
Terrible emergency room. This is not a place to receive healthcare. This is a place for them to rack up procedures to bill you and your insurance. We were recommended to take our son here from Rush urgent care in Oswego due to our 20 month old son having a 104 degree fever. We arrived at 7pm and it took 5hrs before we saw the doctor. His fever was gone for 4hrs yet they continue to give him different medications that they couldn't explain why they were giving them to him.
