After ending up in Rush Copley ER for a nosebleed, we were steered to this out of network doctor and urged to have him remove the rhino rocket after 48 hours. After Carol here scheduled it, she called back demanding a referral for coverage. Then Carol denied receiving the referral as our Advocate care team repeatedly sent the referral verbally and by fax.
