Update May 10, 2025. I went to this urgent care for the third time, and thankfully, it was another great experience. Tiffany checked me in. She was a good listener and easy to talk to. The NP, Ms. Anu, came in to see me later. She was also a great listener and very knowledgeable. She explained things well to me and did not make me feel rushed. She was very pleasant and helpful. I had a terrible experience at Rush Copley Urgent Care. It seems like they don't care about their patients at all. Last time I visited, their lunch break was from 1 to 2 PM, so I planned around that. Today, I arrived at 12 PM, only to find out it was lunch time again! There was no consistency or communication about their hours. I needed urgent care and had to be back at 2 PM, but they were completely unavailable. How is this acceptable for a facility that's supposed to provide 'urgent' care? Would not recommend. NP (Mefful) exam less than 5 minutes then rolled her eyes when I asked what the prescriptions that she sent to the pharmacy were for. No diagnoses but 3 prescriptions and no explanation about prescription she said one antibiotic and one cough suppressant and one inhaler 4 weeks of coughing and chest pain and looked in my throat and breath in and out 2 times. No swab no test.
