Outstanding service provided. After being told different information over the phone they could see my daughter and upon arrival they said no. I called this location. Not only did Sendi go out of her way to get my daughter’s information over the phone they were actually ready to see my daughter upon arrival. I truly appreciate the outstanding work and will be writing a note to the manager. Katie the nurse was great as well. Thank you again and thank you for been available for the patients.
I went recently to this location on Galena because I was feeling pretty ill. The staff there except the first desk receptionist (she was so sweet) the other staff were rude and just seemed like they didn’t care. Pretty much as if they wanted to go home and were bothered I showed up close to when they were closing. I was not feeling well at all and left there very upset and crying. We go to the doctors to hopefully feel better and when you’re sick you feel vulnerable already as it is. Very bad vibes there. I felt really sad b... read more
