Doctor Gandhi has seen my little boy on multiple occasions. He is thorough and incredibly patient with my 1.5 year old. He always makes sure we understand what is going on and the treatments moving forward. The nurses are also incredibly kind and work efficiently while making sure we are comfortable. We are lucky to have this place.
This is our go to urgent/immediate care. Faster than a hospital, faster than a doctor's office. They are incredibly patient with my kids, they let you talk, and they listen. Just earlier today we went and they diagnosed my daughter with strep but they stood there and waited for my daughter to speak, she spoke slow and low because she was in pain. Barbara was so helpful. Usually whenever I go somewhere I get turned away for not having my insurance card but she took the time to look mine up for me. I came in because I have a head cold and she made this so much easier for me then I could have imagined. She remained polite and professional the entire time and she was very helpful setting up my text and my rush account. Very happy with their care today.
Very disappointed with this clinic. We were denied care because out legal guardianship papers were from 2014 and originally from Alabama, even though guardianship orders do NOT expire and must be recognized in every state, including Illinois. Our court order from 2014 is still valid unless a judge revokes it, which has never happened. The staff clearly did not understand guardianship laws and refused to acknowledge legal document that every other provider has recognized without issue.
