I am very disappointed in Rush Chevy service department, we bought our 2024 Tahoe from them about 2 years ago. I toke it to them on 8/28/2025 to have the oil change/tire rotation. I had a 10am appt. I was dropping it off early due to work it was 7:30 so service department was open and when I first walked in the service manager did not even acknowledge me for 10 minutes and he was standing 5 feet from me and then when he finally did I had to wait another 10minute for him to help me. Everybody was very kind and helpful. Travis took care of me this time, he is always very polite and explains things very well. I enjoy all of the advisors and their manager, Dave. All of them make me feel like family. Very pleased.

The overall customer service I received from Joseph Camarda was excellent.
