The breast health center is a complete disaster. I had such a disheartening experience even trying to schedule the appointment. The nurse accidentally called me today to obtain an order thinking I was my providers office. They were quite surprised when I said I was the patient, not the provider. They called again a hour later and told they need to cancel my appointment because they don’t have the appropriate order. Rush is so mismanaged and has gone completely downhill. Everyone seems to care.
My experience here was wonderful. I was seen on-time and quickly, and the staff in breast imaging were kind enough to conduct my mammogram weeks early so I would not have to come back. Thank you, Hillary, Sara and Melissa at Lisle. You were all wonderful!!
I have been going to Rush University Medical Center for years. I mostly go to the downtown campus as well as the Oakbrook campus and have not had overall many issues. It was my first time at the Lisle Illinois campus for a simple blood draw. It was anything but simple. I had my first mammogram ever today, at this location and I can't say enough good words about this location! The care I received and the facilities are top notch! Thank you !!! Highly recommend this location!
