this place is amazing i don’t know what i’d do if they weren’t here i hope they open more locations in utah! they’re hours are very odd though sometimes it will say they are open online but they are closed when you get there.
Really interesting response from the owner. I’m honestly extremely disappointed at the level of snarkyness and lack of accountability. I’ve been going to Rush bi-weekly for 6 months now, but will be likely need to look elsewhere. Here’s a few takeaways: -no accountability or apology for not being open during scheduled work hours -no mention of the employee telling me they were closing in 10 minutes when the sign and online says they closed 1 hour and 10 minutes later. Went to Rush Bowls for the first time today. The employees were very nice and helpful and my smoothie was amazing. Definitely will be back
