Scheduled a meeting for an estimate for replacement entry door. Salesman was a no-show and we did not receive any notification that the appointment could not take place. Beyond unprofessional. Will NEVER do business with this company.
First off, I should mention that two years ago Rusco did my replacement windows and the process was great. Very smooth, great product. Since that went so well, I returned to them this most recent July with an order to replace all my exterior doors and garage doors. Our salesman, Dusty, said that installation could begin on September 15th. Unfortunately, September 15th came and went, and no installers arrived.
