Beyond horrible, absolutely no support for their work. Gave them benefit off the doubt they couldn’t come over Thanksgiving holiday and hunting season, but then was “Christmas season”, then sick, then on vacation, next excuse was too cold , then moved shop and couldn’t find parts , finally in March (5 months later) no calls back at all & just took took messages. Finally called someone else who came next day and fixed everything in 8 degree windy weather for a fraction of what Rusch charges. Don’t waist or time or money
