I feel compelled to share my recent experience with RUSCAN DOORS. I must emphasize that it has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise avoiding their services if given the choice. From the onset, our customer service interactions were less than satisfactory. We had to pay a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit so we couldnt cancel our order. #2- After waiting 6 months, we called them & they said our door was ready but we had to pay the balance owing BEFORE it was installed which is not normal practice. ... read more
