I feel compelled to share my recent experience with RUSCAN DOORS. I must emphasize that it has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise avoiding their services if given the choice. From the onset, our customer service interactions were less than satisfactory. Whether it was dealing with the customer service representatives, the service manager (ARVIN), or even the owners themselves (ALEKS & VLADIMIR), we consistently received subpar support and unprofessionalism. We had to pay a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit so we couldnt cancel our order. #2- After waiting 6 months, we called them & they said our door was ready but we had to pay the balance owing BEFORE it was installed which is not normal practice. ... read more
