Plenty of billboards, not much of a house Visited Rusaw and was told how solid the home is. When looking outside without the agent, found punched in holes (looked like a fist) in the side of the home. It wasn't solid. The old saying - all the glitters is not gold. Also found the bedrooms to be very small for the dollar. Also told by the agent that prices will rise next month - it was a hard sell tactic. Those prices are the same today. Small parking area. PROS: located in Pine Ridge CONS: not enough house for the money
