Excellent group!! They perform jobs safely, with high quality, and in a productive manner.
They violates rights on the disciplinary actions. Very unfair. First time I was wrote up was because I was smoking in the wrong side of the street, i was smoking with other 5 guys, 1 general foreman and 4 diferent guys. I was the only one wrote up just because i was wearing a red vest, I was the only one who could be identified, they wanted to fire me but i told them that everyone else should be terminated as well.
