Staff was the best I've experienced so far. No wait time & Dr Johnson was welcoming, informative & made me feel I was in good hands. Surgery went went & again Dr Johnson exceeded my expectations
My experience was awful. I have been suffering from pain and nerve pain due to a bad surgery performed by the VA. He was very dismissive and didn't even want to hear my symptoms or medical history. He asked me 2 questions. Was I pooping and peeing ok. When I answered yes he just wrote me a scripted for pain management. Appointment was very rush. I wasn't even in the office for 5 mins.
Dr Johnson saw me for a critical medical matter, it was discovered at my primary Drs the same day, if left untreated I could go blind, have a stroke or an aneurysm. To ease my concerns the office went out of their way to schedule the procedure the same day. The Drs patience with my questions was exceptional. His knowledge and caring manner made me feel completely at ease. Recently had laparoscopic hernia surgery by Dr. Johnson, which was a total success. Dr. Johnson is an expert in this field as far as I'm concerned. Explained everything fully and all went perfectly. Had to call his office after surgery for minor clarification and was called back in less than 20 minutes to reassure me. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Johnson.
I found him to be very knowledgable and willing to explain procedures and answer questions to my satisfaction. Results were great on both surgeries!
My daughter saw Dr. Johnson in the ER and was in need of emergent surgery. He and his staff were wonderful!
Aside from his medical expertise, Dr. Johnson always takes the time to explain and answer questions. He is very patient and extends himself to his patients.
