They take cash or check only and will show up to knock on your door if payment is late, but won’t take payment immediately when they do. While standing right there, they’ll turn your water off while telling you that you’ll have to drive to girard to make the payment before it can be turned back on. The man who goes around also refuses to come knock on my actual door. Instead, he walks to the window of a vacant room and knocks on it….
