Great experience! From the first communication, they were quick to respond and helpful. Due to some scheduling challenges on our end, they worked to make sure the technician could come quickly for us and accommodate. Our technician, Courtney, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She identified our little pests as well as where they were entering the building. We had an Ant issue, These guys are Amazing and THOROUGH !!! They dusted twice and it definitely got them gone for a few days but we still had issues so they came and sprayed and since spraying we have noticed a couple here or there but not nearly as bad (it does take a few times from what i was told so super normal ) and they have been dropping left right and centre thank God! We have a cabin and were at our limit with controlling the bugs. Our ladybug and fly problem has disappeared since we started using Rural Route Pest Control. We are so thankful for their service. We tried our own sprays, cleaning windows between each guest, installed new windows ($$$$) and nothing helped until we enlisted their help!!
Recently had them out for a pest control problem. They went above and beyond with their service and being helpful with a very complex situation. Thank you Kendra, Teresa and the rest of the team!
