Not just a gym, but a community. Kim makes every client who comes into her gym feel welcomed and supported in whatever goals they come looking to achieve. She has various avenues to help you achieve your fitness goals including meal planning, bootcamps, private training and an app for at home training. I have seen some significant results since joining, and bootcamps are some of the highlights of my week! Rural Road fitness is AMAZING! Kimmy is so energetic and ready to help you with your fitness goals! It is a fun and positive environment. I have done both personal training and boot camps and found them both beneficial. Kimmy is always trying fun new exercises and practices what she preaches! Couldn’t have a better trainer!
Such an awesome gym and friendly environment ! Kimmy is so welcoming and helpful, she is such a motivation and wants to help you reach your fitness goals ! I personally love her bootcamp and think everyone should try it out :)
