not l good therapy
Very disappointed! Never received a call back when needed. They say they care but lack of response tells me otherwise
no complaints about the practitioners, per say, it's more the staff and management. First off, they have at least 2 staff members that answer phones that are pretty rude. One hung up on me today in the middle of my check-in because my 3 year old asked me a question and I took 5 seconds to answer her. I called back and I said did you hang up on me, and she said no, it was someone else, which was a lie. Place is a dam joke should be looked into by some higher ups. Place is a fraud money money money all they are worried about i was told I could take a urine test when I got the chance we'll hadn't gotten it done in time n couldn't get my meds filled until I took this test no reason for a test other than to make more money. Have to be seen every month because of policy lol what a joke Place is a organized front.
I had a review written but somehow it got deleted. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had my initial consult with one doctor who asked me all of the intake questions which I liked this doctor (ironically he does not work there anymore). They recommended testing so I went forth with that. I Scheduled the follow up after the testing. The called at least 3 times (while I was trying to work and couldn't answer) to make sure I knew about my appointment 10 minutes before.
