I had a review written but somehow it got deleted. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had my initial consult with one doctor who asked me all of the intake questions which I liked this doctor (ironically he does not work there anymore). They recommended testing so I went forth with that. I Scheduled the follow up after the testing. The called at least 3 times (while I was trying to work and couldn't answer) to make sure I knew about my appointment 10 minutes before. RPA just wants your money. Go literally any where else if you have a mental health condition and are seeking treatment.
Very rude people. And just so you know it's hundreds of dollars just for a lady to ask you what seems to be pre visit questions OVER THE PHONE. Never went in for an actual exam because the receptionist was extremely rude so I canceled. Got a bill months later for what they claim was "a phone appointment ". They make your mental health worse...
$350 per hr. Is there rate, meaning they have no interest in actually providing therapy/counseling. Unfriendly when you call, and you can feel the greed energy. I don't recommend and never will.
