We have used Rural Mutual Insurance for more than a decade, and Walter Camp as our representative for most of that time. Walt has always been very responsive (every year we add and remove a seasonal car) to all our questions. We even had a car burn up in a storage unit fire which was quite traumatic for us. Rural quickly helped us with our claim and we had a check in our hands in no time.
