Couldn't have imagined a better experience! I sprung on her last minute property insurance I needed filed just a few days before closing on a house. She was on top of it the whole time and happily guided me through the process for this first time home home buyer!
I would highly recommend Jenny & Rural Mutual Insurance. When I needed to add my son to my auto insurance I shopped the market for agents and quotes, of all the quote requests I made, Jenny was the most responsive. Jenny focused on ensuring I had the appropriate coverage for auto and home. Overall experience was wonderful and she continues to help as needed when questions arise. I have not had this level of professionalism before when qorking through my insurance needs.
