Service from our agent Jamie, is exceptional. We have everything we own - home, farm, vehicles, business - all insured under one literal roof. It feels wonderful to be able to contact her at any time for any reason and she does her absolute best to resolve our issues and meet / exceed our expectations to be protected.
Jamie is awesome! We have four trucks and five cars on the farm, some of them get used in the winter some of them don’t. She’s always right on top of things switching them out for us when ever we ask. We Have the cabin, and our Hemp business insured as well. Rural did a great job of putting everything together.
Jamie is amazing! I just moved over to rural mutual trying to find the best rates and Jamie talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable with the transition! I am not one that likes changes but I am so glad that I talked with Jamie and now feel confident that I am in good hands 👍
I have never been more impressed with an insurance company! Jamie Luke’s has been my Agent going on over 5 years and I can’t express enough to others how well taken care of we always were from Rural Mutual, let alone Jamie… Over the years we only had our Autos with the company and decided to move everything over, that included multiple businesses, all of our vehicles… Personal home, Rental properties!
