Friendly, timely communication.
Don't go through this company. My dad has been paying for 50 years to them and never filed a claim. With all the storm damage they gave him $1500.00, his deductible was $1500.00 so they were saying $3000.00 for all the storm damage, 3 buildings had roof damage, security cameras broke, fencing for cattle and goats gone, tree damage, basketball hoop, and other stuff.
