We had a vandalism/theft comprehensive claim with Rural. This clown show company increased our rate. We were "claim free" prior and now are no longer claim free for a comp claim. To clarify not a collision but comp claim. What insurance company raises rates off comp claims? RURAL DOES so buyer BEWARE this is not the company you want to be insured by.. Look elsewhere
