I had rural mutual insurance through Thong Xiong in Wausau, up until they decided to double charge me last month, Upon canceling my insurance through them last monday (11/11/19) they have tried twice to pull money out of my account even though I have canceled my services with them. I cannot speak for the other agents, nor do I know if this is a common theme, but STAY AWAY from Xiongs practice. skeevy as hell. Will be filing a report with the BBB.

RecommendedWhen we started with Rural Mutual our accident records were still a little cloudy from the past. But, our agent Greg Hayes worked with us and told us what needed to happen to get our rates lowered. That got done, and we purchased a brand new boat besides. Everything we've needed or asked for from our agent Greg Hayes, has been taken care of as soon as he can.
