Arrived two hours after I called 911. When I said that I had to have someone else take the patient to the hospital because they were so late, the white man in the group said sarcastically, “Was it really an emergency?” And when I got upset that he was rude, the black woman in the group of 3 said, “I don’t have to listen to this shit, have the day you deserve.” The white girl just said, “We go where they send us, it isn’t our fault.” She wasn’t rude but the other two were. Worst ambulance service ever! They are constanly late for appointments! Last appointment for my son they did'nt even show up to transport. We had to rechedule the appt and they were over and hour late delivering him for his rescheduled appointment. Stay away from using this fly by night company!
Had a medical dilemma with a family member today and called EMT directly. We are so appreciative to the woman I talked to and all her help
No one likes having to call an ambulance. Especially when you haven't cleaned and your house is a disaster. Now these eats were professional and kind. They helped my mother without making her feel embarrassed (more than she was already) I truly felt they cared and would take care of her.
