What wonderful people at AMR! They give free rides in their ambulances. They must! That must be why I never received a bill. And I've called them multiple times trying to get the bill sent to me so I can finalize all my billing matters related an accident I was in, but they not only won't answer their phone (I had to leave messages), they won't even return my calls.
