One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with when it came to billing. We have fought for 6 months as they refuse to acknowledge the state level expansion of the No Surprises Act. Know your rights folks. And today after finally settling with them they are still sending incorrect bills. Just a bunch of liars and cheats.
Worst service ever. They get paid out by insurance to the maximum amount, then demand more, meaning they're greedy penny pinchers. Also, same issue as other people.... you get redirected to a person in India when you call and cannot understand through their thick accents. You give them insurance... three times... and it still takes them 4 months to bill it. Thanks for screwing up my max out of pocket for the year.
