We were billed almost $1,400 to transport my wife from St. Elizabeth Covington to St. Elizabeth Erlanger. That's $1,400 for a 8.5 mile, 14 minute trip. Betting they paid their "medics" about $12 per hour. Absolutely ridicules!
Do not trust them to transport your loved ones! Had appt set thru hospital and they committed to pickup 3 days ago. 1hour after they were supposed to have been there hospital called them and they said needed cash in advance. Was a total inconvenience and had the payment been made today they wouldn't have opening til Wednesday. Our loved one had already been discharged and was sitting in the hall. They are totally dishonest!. Would give 0 stars if I could
