They refused my appointment today (Monday) despite being on time all because on Sunday (when they are not open) they rescheduled my appointment to an earlier time and didn't tell me. Now I have to fly to Brisbane to have my ultrasound and yes, I will be sending them the bill for the costs.
i had a 1020am appointment was running 5 min late due to work ,they call to tell me they are running 5 min late and would i be there ,i said i would be there in that time , i arrive to see one person in the waiting room and be told , sorry mate we will have to reschedule your appointment, after fasting, and having a full bladder this is not good enough, will travel to Mareeba or cairns for this service in the future.
