They did nothing to help me at all, sent me after several weeks an auto letter stating my "case is beyond their scope." New York State lies and states there are legal services for the poor and middle class, but Legal Aid Society was also not funded in the county I live in, the one nearby does not handle elder abuse or used car scams. State Attorney General's Office in Binghamton, NY did nothing, NCUA did nothing.
