It would help if associates were more familiar with products carried and locations of the products. The staff was wonderful in attitude and effort to help locate things, but ultimately, I had to pretty much find three of the things I asked about on my own. One item the associate told me they didn't carry, before I accidentally found it. They were very professional and made the attempt to be helpful though.
