I arrived slightly late to my appointment due to traffic, and they refused to check me in and rescheduled me for three weeks later. After speaking with my broker, they eventually took me in about 10 hours later, but by that time I had already lost my Friday load. The frustrating part is that during the entire time I waited, only about five trucks came into the facility, even though they claimed they were completely full.
