I arrived for unloading at the scheduled time. The unloading process was quick and took about 35 minutes. At the entrance, there is a red booth where you need to check in and hand over your documents. After check-in, you will be assigned a dock door. Once at the door, place the envelope at the back of the trailer and make sure to put the seal inside the envelope. Rural King completely ruined my order. I bought an item a month in advance because it was supposed to be a Christmas present, and they still managed to send me the WRONG product. When I contacted customer service, instead of fixing their mistake, they refused to give me a refund unless I took the wrong item to a local store. Then they told me I wouldn’t get my extra shipping costs back either. I bought a rifle from this company, and then they made changes to their website and loaded a different picture of the rifle I ordered. That immediately raised concerns about whether my order was being represented accurately. The bigger issue was the lack of support. When I tried to get clarity or correct the issue, there was no real help available. Placed a large order online to be delivered. Instead of shipping the order complete they shipped bits and pieces at a time, costing me more in shipping charges. At the same time I kept getting emails that they were “canceling” some of the items I had ordered, one piece at a time. Ended up with only a portion of what should have been shipped. Completely a pain, will not order from them again. Update - RK charged me over $360 for shipping. The trucking company mistakenly copied me on their invoice to RK. It’s $154.
