Faithful customer of Norwalk store. However, I received terrible customer service when attempting to exchange moldy product. Manager made rude remarks and refused the exchange. Simply stated the product was "fine" without even laying eyes on what was presented. First of all, the return policy was not honored. Secondly, employees need to remember they are communicating on open radios that everyone can hear, including customers. Need to watch smart comments and improve customer service. The best rural king and most helpful store I have been in I live in marion ohio had to drive to Norwalk oh to get golf cart battries and they let me have them at the sale price a day early at $69.99 as I see the MARION store advertised the same battries but don't have any in stock.would recomend the store above all the rest very helpful they went beyond the call of duty to help me.thanks have have a blessed day raymond
