I must say I had a really good xperience today in the pediatrics department for my 10 month and two year olds. It started when I walked in the door I signed in filled out the paper and they attended to every need I had for my children. They got all there shots updated. The nurse Practitioner I don't remember her name but she was great did her job to the T. And all the supporting staff medical assistants ,Lab techs and nurses were fabulous. Please keep doing God's work. I hope to work there when I graduate nursing school.
These people don’t any real interest in helping, my guess is that they’re government funded and collect salaries doing minimum work. My review for the dental department specifically.
Literally the worst doctors office I have ever been too. I went seeking out mental health support. I saw a doctor for 15 minutes and a social worker for another 10 and got a $600 bill. On top of this they gave me medication but would not refill the prescription unless I got counseling from their center, which I could not afford. Along with this it took me three weeks to get in contact just to pay the bill. I left numerous messages for their billing department and never heard anything back.
