Receptionist is horrible, very unprofessional. She waited a hour to check my husband in because she was busy having a personal non work related phone call conversation. She also purposely checked multiple people in before my husband because she knew them even though we were there first. Then after I inquired about how long the wait would be after being there almost 2 hours come to find out they didn’t even have swabs for flu in. Awesome doctor receptionist sucks this is 2 months in a row I have had to call numerous days in a row to get med refill something so simple yet she proves so lazy to achieve i am now in withdraws from going 90 MG a day to nothing (smh) go back to the old system it worked (if it ain't broke don't fix it) she's broke n the way she answers the phone you can tell she doesn't give a rats rear end
Worst Dr ever, called and called to get an appointment to see Dr, no response. Staff is very unprofessional and in some cases extremely rude, would rather go to a veterinarian then see him
My Grandson was sick today and it would be a while for him to see his regular PCP.I was already at RMPH.and I ask could I get him to get checked out and they did. Mrs.Wolff .and her staff took excellent care of him. He's home in bed and resting. Thank you!!
