Very disappointed that Rural Health, Inc. let go of a doctor who truly cared about patients. Good doctors are hard to find, and removing providers who actually listen, care, and build trust with their patients hurts the community. Since Jessica is no longer there, i will be finding a new provider elsewhere. I refuse to be another number or dollar sign for Rural Health when they don't care enough about the community they serve. Truly hoping to get rid of them all together!!!

I am deeply disappointed and genuinely outraged by both the departure of Jessica Wills and the way Rural Health chose to communicate it to patients. Like many others, I received the same vague phone call and text, and I find it unacceptable that so many patients are now left without a primary care provider they know and trust. So like I normally don’t complain and I have always had a great experience with the nurses, doctors and dentists here. BUT the Rural Health in Anna have the RUDEST receptionists I’ve ever had to deal with.
