The nurses/medical staff are very nice. Im here twice a week, very busy office

Always quick to get my daughter or myself in for appointments and nice service always gets us back right away!
Very awful people, I have been screamed at talked over at and said I sent inappropriate messages and they stopped doing the portal with me why? Idk all I'm trying to do is get ahold of my dr and all the managers Jodi and Sarah Hendrick is very VERY RUDE they literally screamed at me and hung up I've never been treated so badly in my life! I go to the behavioral health section and everyone is great. My nurse practitioner, therapist, and nurse are all caring and never fail to remind me that I can contact them with any questions or problems.
