My family has been going to this clinic almost 3 yrs. Jessica Wills is amazing. Listens well and makes sure you understand before you leave. She is very honest and has no problem referring to specialist. I also have had good experience with Keith Bass. He listens and together find what medication works for me. For being a clinic I feel they do a great job.
I was told by my Dr and nurse to bring documents by to get signed for physical therapy, the receptionist didn't even call back to my Dr, she demanded I go to medical records drop off the documents, I have had documents lost before, so not an option. I have had a previous experience with the same receptionist, she argued with me as to which of my 2 insurances were primary. RUDE LITTLE GIRL
I've found most of the medical staff to be responsive, intelligent, willing to work with you, etc. One note: I avoid leaving voice mail as I've found they respond far more rapidly to mssgs sent via their portal.
Some Rural Health staff has a general lack or concern, courtesy and professionalism towards patients/customers. It's just not a welcoming or pleasant atmosphere.
I'm here to inform others to not to even attempt to go to this place for anything the gal I was seeing her name is Chelsea Treece and she has had a different nurse for a long time ever since that other gal didn't want to come back and I have played hell and back trying to get ahold of her nurse left multiple voicemails and it's got to my mom and to myself to where I told her nurse and Chelsea Treece that I am not gonna keep playing this game and not only that I have called out there at times someone cut me off time to time s... read more
