Great service
I just ordered a 122 hot water heater which is my third unit purchased from rural energy the previous were heaters and honestly had very good service in the past until now. I got some sales guy that can’t answer basic questions about the unit. The guy said they were out of stock and had no real idea on timeline. And had no idea on how to ship it to sandpoint ak. So i just spent 3150$ not knowing when and if I will get my unit? What a joke this guy is the worst person i have dealt with at rural energy……
