Ordered a part for my heater that came broken. Customer service helped to correct it and after a miscommunication they helped me get a new part coming.
I don't usually post bad reviews because I like to give fair chances to companies but I feel borderline scammed. The part I ordered arrived bent and makes a horrible noise when my heater operates. I asked for a replacement and customer service after 10 days of hearing relatively nothing gave me the option to buy a new part again and hopefully be reimbursed or wait for a warranty claim to be approved. We are now at a month out from getting the broken part and I have no information and no idea on if I am going to get a replace... read more

Easy to buy good price. Delivered a bent up piece of junk. Returning it has been a nightmare. They won't exchange the broken unit for a good one. Their sale department is great. Their customer service is awful! They sent a pick-up guy out to pick it up without sending the paperwork me. My wife wasted all day waiting for him then he refused to take it. it has been a total circus every since THEY damaged it.
Fantastic Technical Support. I can not stress enough, the Quality of the Technical Support team!!!!!! Great experience! Did I mention the tech. support?
