The waiting times here are too long and always have been. This needs to change. The music is too loud also.....blaring out of a speaker right above your head. I'm going to Horsham from now on. I'm just being honest.
One of the worst experiences with doctors I have ever had. Wrote a complaint to the main doctor in Nhill, never heard back from her. Unfortunately my experience with the doctor in Kaniva wasn't much better. The reception staff has always been helpful and friendly.
They are lucky to get one star from the total lack of service the reception at this surgery has provided my wife over the last few weeks. They can't even follow their own procedures in relation to mailing out original scripts to a chemist. Shameful springs to mind.
Good drs, most of the time. Loses 2 stars cos of the instant nausea and headaches the carpet causes.
While on a recent trip to Adelaide I needed to see a doctor and found myself at Nhill Medical Centre. Very impressed with the facilities and professionalism of Dr Wasan Alkhshali.
