We love getting our meat processed here. We just picked up our pig this week. Great customer service.
Love this place, excellent jerky and summer sausage.
Very disappointed and won't be buying from there again. The maple sausage patties didn't taste anything like maple. They didn't seem to have a flavor. The summer sausage was okay, but not anything special. We had a ribeye from there tonight and the overall quality was not what we had expected.
This is the second time I picked up dog bones from here. They said they get alot of people that call and ask for them but don't ever show up to pick them up. Because of that, they are not perfect dog bones and you will need to cut them smaller once you get them home. It's totally worth it! They are huge!! This time they let me dig through their scraps and choose. I wanted the whole bucket!! They didn't charge me either times so I didn't take more then I felt fair.
