Such a great place! The owners are great and accommodating. I never worried about my things being messed with. Will definitely be back if I ever need a storage unit again!

We rented 2 different size units over a 2 year span with Rupp's. The units and property were kept clean and well lit and is easily accessible from highway 35. Property management responds quickly and are great to work with. Especially had great service from Ann, who helped ensure a smooth process when we no longer needed to rent a unit anymore. Will definitely use Rupp's again if we ever need extra storage in the future!

I have called this storage facility, got an answering voice mail. Nobody called me back. I have called several times...still nobody returns calls. I am currently looking at other storage facilities. Found a really nice one elsewere.

We had a storage unit here for 3 years! We had absolutely no problems, it was easy to get to, and the staff was nothing but wonderful! We are so thankful for the safe space to keep our stuff u til we got onto our feet again. And the staff is so friendly, flexible, and welcoming!

Online sign up was so convenient!! All went smoothly & we had easy access when needed. Customer service was top notch! Dave & I highly recommend Rupp Storage!!
