I have called this storage facility, got an answering voice mail. Nobody called me back. I have called several times...still nobody returns calls. I am currently looking at other storage facilities. Found a really nice one elsewere.
We had a storage unit here for 3 years! We had absolutely no problems, it was easy to get to, and the staff was nothing but wonderful! We are so thankful for the safe space to keep our stuff u til we got onto our feet again. And the staff is so friendly, flexible, and welcoming!
Online sign up was so convenient!! All went smoothly & we had easy access when needed. Customer service was top notch! Dave & I highly recommend Rupp Storage!!
Clean, secure and well maintained facility. Quick and easy communication with staff and fair pricing. I will use again and highly recommend.
I rented a storage unit from Rupps only for a short time but if I ever needed one again would definitely see them . The Staff is excellent to work with and the units are clean and secure.
