Very nice place to live lots of young people
The place is cheaply built with staples coming out of the carpets in places and most windows don’t have screens. The water heater is constantly shut off for some reason and in 7 months of living here maintenance has never once answered any requests. There are places like The Row that are in the same area, better managed, and cheaper than here. If the management issue gets fixed then I’m sure this would be a fine place to live.
